• These offers are open to American Express Card members whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember ("Cardmember") for the purpose of this offer means a person holding a card issued by American Express® Banking Corp. in India.
• Offer 1 and Offer 2 are valid on, Platinum Reserve Credit Card, Platinum Travel Credit Card, Membership Rewards Credit Card and American Express Smart Earn Credit Card.
• Offer 1 and Offer 2 are also valid for Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express ("Network Cards") issued in India.
• Offer 3 is valid only on American Express Platinum and Gold Cards.

Offer 2: 20% Discount on total bill (including alcohol*).

Offer 3: 20% Discount on total bill (including alcohol*).

*Alcohol will only be served to individuals who are over 21 years of age.

Offer Validity: 22 March 2024 to 15 June 2024 (both days included).

• These offers can be availed multiple times during the offer period.
• These offers are only applicable on walk-ins, and not on the reserved menu.
• These offers are valid for maximum of 8 pax. on a table.
• These offers are not valid for online orders and delivery take away.
• These offers are also applicable on Supplementary and Additional Cards, however, only a single Card can be used for to pay one bill.
• These offers are not valid on Party booking, Kitty party, Fixed menu, Happy Hours, Buffets, Reserved Menu etc.
• These offers are valid on the final invoice amount inclusive of taxes.
• There are no blackout dates under these offers.
• Card member needs to call out the offer to cashier before bill generation to avail the offer in store and complete the transaction using an eligible American Express Card.
• No request for discount would be entertained after the purchase if the card member doesn’t avail the offer at the time of payment.
• China gate Restaurants Pvt Ltd & American Express reserve right to modify or end the offer during the campaign period.
• These offers are not applicable on EMI transactions.
• These offers are non-cashable and non-negotiable.
• These offers cannot be clubbed with any other offer running.
• Any disputes with regards to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with China gate Restaurants Pvt Ltd directly.
• American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regards to the same.

• The last date to raise queries regarding this offer is 7 days from the date of transaction.
