This was our first time staying at this resort. We booked through Costco and got a great deal. Everything at the resort was wonderful and there were lots of options for food and drinks. There were many swimming pools and a lot of beachfront to utilize. There was entertainment every night and it was done very well. There were lots of activities to do throughout the day. The staff was great and very helpful and of course very friendly. Which I just speak as much Spanish as we could to at least get by and you can tell it was appreciated. The rooms were cleaned each day. If you wanted. There are lots of chairs and loungers throughout the beach. We upgraded ourselves to the VIP rooms what's just gave us a few more perks and better choices of alcohol. Overall it was a great trip and a resort.

My recent stay at Impressive Punta Cana was nothing short of impressive! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and stunning scenery. The resort itself is beautifully landscaped, with lush greenery, sparkling pools, and pristine beaches that literally took my breath away.My room was spacious, and clean. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional. With multiple restaurants offering diverse cuisines, I never tired of the options. The service at the restaurants was friendly and attentive, and the bars offered refreshing co*cktails and premium drinks.I never ran out of things to do! From relaxing by the pool to trying exciting water sports, enjoying nightly shows, and exploring the on-site casino, there was something for everyone. The entertainment team was fantastic, keeping guests engaged and having fun throughout the day.The staff at Impressive Punta Cana truly made the difference. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Every request was handled promptly and efficiently, and their genuine warmth made me feel welcome and valued.My stay at Impressive Punta Cana was an unforgettable experience. The luxurious accommodations, delicious food, exciting activities, and exceptional service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway

The staff was perfect, from the bars, lifeguards, security and entertainment staff. Amazing and fun people who are there at your need whenever you need something. I highly recommend this resort, it’s clean and quite the experience to live at least once. The staff work tremendous hours and always have a positive mindset. They will make you smile and laugh, the food is excellent and it’s was worth the hype! My favourite staff is the entertainment group of course, Black Panther being one of them :))

Just returned from Impressive Punta Cana. Loved the resort it is small, great layout. Food was great. Entertainment very good.Reception staff not very courteous, especially when you don't want to upgrade to premium!Timeshare people annoying!Housekeeping was great after complaining about no towels, no water and one day no toilet paper. What was upsetting these are the basics amenities.But you know what we would go back I know crazy. But the layout, tbe beach, the grounds and the food.

The week we spent to Impressive Punta Cana was very nice. I wished it was kept cleaner in the common areas but I assume we also need to have more respectful guest.Not the best resort food I experienced in my travels but we managed to enjoy. The game changer in our experience was the animation. In particular Cherry, Roberta and Lulu made our time at impressive fun, enjoyable, and full of very good memories. This experience wouldn't have been the same without them.
