We are now looking for reinforcement for our psychosocial team!
About us:
Our psychosocial team consists of three psychologists with expertise in CBT and PDT. As one team member will start another position this summer, we are looking for someone who wants to be part of a well-functioning, committed team that works both to provide our patients with good and accessible care and to create a workplace where employees feel good and believe they are doing a good job.
Description of the workplace:
The psychosocial team works closely with other professional groups at the healthcare center, as well as our well-functioning rehabilitation team located in the same building with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and chiropractors. We have a well-regarded child healthcare center (BVC) and a good team within home healthcare. The healthcare center has approximately 11,300 registered patients.
We actively work towards our vision of providing good care throughout life, being a place that employees look forward to coming to, and being a place for development and learning. With us, you will have flexible working hours that allow you to manage your work time within a given timeframe. We offer a generous wellness allowance and wellness activities once a week if work permits. Free healthcare, occupational pension, insurance, and additional compensation during parental leave or illness are other benefits we can offer you.
Job responsibilities:
In primary care, the mission includes assessment and treatment of mild to moderate mental health issues within the framework of first-line psychiatry. This involves assessing and treating the patients we have at the clinic. We also have the opportunity to work preventively and health-promoting. We collaborate within the psychosocial team to ensure that we provide our patients with good care. We also have regular external supervision.
As we strive for high accessibility for our patients, the focus will primarily be on early assessment (the goal is within three days) and shorter interventions. After that, the patient should always have the opportunity to quickly book a new appointment if needed.
As you will encounter a wide range of patients, we prefer that you are flexible regarding different methods and approaches. Much of the work is done individually. We also have group activities that currently consist of a mindfulness group, sleep group, and elderly group. In the fall, we will also start a sleep group.
Qualifications:
- We are looking for a licensed psychologist.
- Experience with IBH/FACT and clinical work in primary care is an advantage.
Personal qualities:
We are looking for someone who is engaged in their work, has a good ability to collaborate while also working independently and can take initiative. Someone who wants to provide patients and colleagues with a good reception and is driven by the desire to develop in their professional practice. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
Employment form:
Permanent employment, full-time - 40 hours/week. Other working hours can be discussed. A probationary period may apply. Start date according to agreement.
Other information:
We will continuously review applications and may call for interviews before the application deadline.
Warm welcome with your application! The position will be filled provided it is not needed for internal relocation, according to applicable regulations.
